3. Returns, Warranty and Complaints

Returns and refunds are handled under the Return, Exchange and Refund Policy; warranty requests under the Warranty Policy; and complaints under the Complaint Handling and Resolution Policy.

Do not return a product before receiving return instructions from Prima Vietnam.
